Regular meetings of the Management Committee (MC) during the project realization are to be held.
(a) Initial meeting in month 1 for planning the starting activities of the project and organization of the kick-off meeting of the SC.
(b) Regular meetings of MC four times a year for detailed planning and evaluation of the current activities following the decisions and recommendations of the SC. When necessary, the following decisions will be taken: – determination of the members of working groups responsible for organization of concrete activities planned in WP2 – WP5; – organization of preparation of interim and final reports; all other activities included in its responsibilities.
(c) Final meeting for evaluation the results of the project, preparation of the final report and the plan for the future sustainable development of the Faculty after completion of the project.
